So why is this important? This lawsuit mirrors a lawsuit that Liberty could file. LCA stated they had done every thing possible to play at the public state level, but wasn't being allowed to do they sued on ground of antitrust. This is a huge development for high school sports in VA.

Good for LCA. I hope Liberty won't have to sue and I would rather them basically ask nicely first. Hopefully it would spark a couple of other schools to move up as well. Liberty will need some schools to come to Lynchburg in November.

Good news. I had no idea LCA was unable to compete like that. We don't have that problem in Kentucky.

Same here in Ohio Mike. LCA was driving hours to play "conference" games.
