Yep, you've got to like that matchup, especially if UC comes out today and takes care of business by double digits. Didn't our Bearcats catch KS at full strength in Phog Allen earlier this year and nearly get the upset? Beating Kansas (or KY, or Duke, or UNC) anytime, anywhere, under any circumstances is a signature win in my book. And we're way overdue for one to raise the profile of our program by knocking off a team known for blue chip talent and national championships.

I thought they were limited, short handed and overrated the past 2 months even before the injuries.

They've been overrated all year by the pollsters. Even with the big early season wins kenpom and the other good metrics had them in the 15-20 range. Top 15-20 is still good...and when healthy they have one of the 5-6 best starting fives in the country. But they really lack depth.

If they lose today I'm going to become Rath 3.0.

They've finally figured out that lob. Converted on that much more regularly lately.

Subbing just kills this team flow.

WVU is barely trying inside on D.

Reynolds has so much damn talent and athleticism. If they could get him a little better with understanding where to be defensively next year he could have a huge season.

Huge off season for him, his ability to make a lot of money depends on it.

WVU is determined not to get beat at the rim right now. UC is getting by with penetration then WVU is helping off, ball side. UC creating wide open look after wide open look and throwing up bricks.

I am actually more concerned about the defense right now.

Had a good lead and fell in love with the 3 ball again.

Teams have collapsed the paint on UC throughout the conference season because UC struggles to shoot, but I have not seen it to the extent WVU is doing it right now. As soon as UC gets there or even fakes a pass there, every defender collapses toward the paint.
